Accommodation
All of the six thatched private suites have enchanting vistas across the riverbed. Private plunge pools, outdoor showers and private viewing decks come as standard. The opulence of the interiors harken back to vintage safari travel, in league with billowing canopies of mosquito nets and beautiful bathrooms. Each is also complemented by an individual butler available to tend your every whim.
Under the shade of jackalberry trees, guests can additionally the game from Dulini’s unique, cantilevered viewing deck. It is a favourite spot to relax at the end of the day, to unwind with a gin & tonic as the bush comes alive.
Activities
Start your day with an early-morning game drive in the comfort of a six-seater open-top Land Rover to watch the sunrise and see the bush awaken. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty breakfast back at the lodge followed by a bush walk with professional rangers and trackers. Each of them carry with them a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Sabi Sand’s 24,700 acres of bushveld. For the day’s remainder, relax by your private pool, snooze or unwind on one of the viewing decks with a light lunch.
Following a sumptuous afternoon tea, the excitement continues with another game drive amid the cool ambience of dusk. This is when the game take their nightly positions in the thick bush; the nocturnal antics of the lion and hyena can be heard across the savannah. Enjoy sundowners overlooking a waterhole, and then continue on the game drive with a spotlight before returning to the lodge for supper
Facilities
Dine in style around the traditional ‘boma’ – a setting under the stars and around a centrepiece fire where chefs serve pan-African meals and flames roar into the night. Enjoy all your favourite South African wines from a well-stocked cellar; for waistline-watchers, there’s a well-equipped gym. If you’re after a memento of your time in the bush, a selection of exquisite African curios and handicrafts await at the Safari shop.

Children from 8 years are welcome at Dulini. Single-occupancy bookings are welcome for children of all ages.

When you book a holiday with us we will provide full driving instructions for reaching your accommodation, where necessary; these can be used by yourself, or you could enjoy the luxury of a driver. Alternatively we will arrange private (car rather than coach) transfers for you; helicopter transfers are also possible for some destinations.
