Accommodation
While there are four sumptuous accommodations to choose from at Kwandwe, none is a brighter display of African vibrance than Ecca Lodge. The theme of this lodge is unique and contemporary with a cosmopolitan feel – a stark contrast to the beauty outside.
Ecca Lodge is hidden amongst thick African bush, like a secret hide away where those in search of a more relaxed and laid back African adventure can reside during their visit. The six suites are spacious and surrounded by glass, allowing enough privacy to feel like you’re alone in the park but enough outdoor presence to remind you where you are.
Although contemporary, Ecca Lodge boasts luxury finishes that one would expect from a prestigious Game reserve. Velvets and eco-cottons will wrap you up every night while the daytime sees a flooding of light enhance the contemporary features of this modern lodge.
Guests at Ecca Lodge can enjoy sundowners on their private wrap around decks or take in the views around them from their private plunge pools – the perfect setting from which to take in nature truly at its best.

Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome at Ecca Lodge. Children under the age of 16 may share with their parents – a maximum of two children per suite.

When you book a holiday with us we will provide full driving instructions for reaching your accommodation, where necessary; these can be used by yourself, or you could enjoy the luxury of a driver. Alternatively we will arrange private (car rather than coach) transfers for you; helicopter transfers are also possible for some destinations.

Our trip was amazing. Kwandwe Ecca Lodge for a safari was incredible, Tsala Treetop in Plettenberg Bay was superb, our room at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Capetown was perfect for us.
But, the real reason to book with Best of South Africa Travel is Ash - you won’t get better.
