Day 1
Welcome to Johannesburg, South Africa! You will be met at the aircraft door with your name on a paging board and assisted through immigration, baggage collection and customs. You will then be taken to the domestic departure terminal for your flight to Skukuza, the gateway to the Kruger National Park. Here you will be collected and transferred in an open landrover through the reserve to Nottens Bush Camps (45 minutes).
Check in to Nottens Bush Camps for 2 nights on an all inclusive basis.
Settle into your suite, relax by the large sparkling swimming pool or enjoy the many peaceful game viewing areas. Following a late lunch / afternoon tea, you will head off on your late afternoon game drive, returning to the lodge for a gourmet supper after dark.
Day 2
Following an early morning wake up call, coffee and a light snack - you will be taken out on your morning game drive to track the Big 5. Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast and spend the rest of the day at the pool or enjoying one of the many spa treatments available. Game walks are optional and included in the price for those that are wanting to experience a walking safari. Today's afternoon drive will start after a late lunch / afternoon tea.
Day 3
After your final early morning game drive, you will be transferred via open landrover to Skukuza airport for your direct flight to Cape Town (2 hours).
You will be met in Cape Town and transferred to one of Cape Town's most gorgeous boutique hotels, Sea Five in Camps Bay for 4 nights on bed and breakfast basis.
Tonight head down to Camps Bay beachfront to watch the sun set and enjoy dinner and drinks at The Bungalow, La Parada or The Cod Father - just some of the numerous seafood restaurants down on the beachfront.
Day 4
Enjoy 18 holes at Steenberg Golf Course followed by lunch at Bistro82, one of Cape Towns top wineries on the golf estate.
Head up to the top of Table Mountain in the late afternoon, either by cable car or via one of the many hiking routes! Whichever route you opt for, its not for the faint hearted, and you will most certainly work up an appetite for a delicious dinner at the V&A Waterfront this evening.
Dine at Signal at Cape Grace, Nobu at the One & Only or The Test Kitchen at The Silo this evening.
Day 5
Today you will enjoy a full day private guided tour around the Cape Peninsular. Leaving from Camps Bay, you will hug the coast line and pass the stunning seaside residences of Llandudno and Hout Bay before heading up and over the breathtaking Chapmans Peak Drive to Cape Point and False Bay. Stop in to see the penguins in the quant fishing villages of Simons Town and Kalk Bay then enjoy an early supper at Harbour House restaurant, The Brass Bell or Kalkies for 'fish & chips' with an SA Gourmet twist!
Day 6
Head out early for a full day private tour of the winelands starting with a round of golf at the world famous Pearl Valley Golf Course in Paarl. Enjoy a decadent, delicious lunch at Faber, Delaire Graff or La Petite Ferme- plus enjoy stops at some of the best wine estates in the Western Cape.
Tonight you will enjoy a meal in the vibrant Kloof / Bree Street side of town, at The Shortmarket Club, The Potluck Club or The Test Kitchen - one of South Africa's top 3 restaurants.
Day 7
Join a private Foodie Tour of the city "on foot" this morning then spend the afternoon relaxing back at the hotel pool or hit the beach for some rays before your return transfer arrives to take you to Cape Town International for your night flight back to the UK.
